Junior Professional Officer - LIFT Programme (Green Lending)

The Junior Professional Officer (JPO) supports the implementation of Component 3 of the LIFT Programme (https://gggi.org/gggi-and-sida-launched-the-leveraging-investments-and-…), focusing on the development of green lending portfolios within participating banks and financial institutions. The JPO also provides broader technical and operational support to the team as required. Reporting to the LIFT Programme Lead, the JPO coordinates day-to-day execution of Framework Agreement Sub-Orders with contracted consultancy firms, tracks delivery against milestones at partner banks and FIs, and supports stakeholder engagement, documentation, and reporting across LIFT countries (currently Kenya and Rwanda).
